BAIL NOTIFICATION

The Bail Notification Program works in conjunction with the Ontario Provincial Court to ensure that victims in Quinte West are immediately notified of any change to the custodial status of their offenders at the bail stage of court process. In doing so, we are able to assist victims in addressing their needs around personal safety.
