Make a meaningful difference in your community — become a volunteer with Victim Services HPELA. By offering compassionate support to individuals and families, you help guide people through some of life’s most difficult moments.
As a registered charity with a growing caseload, we need your help. To ensure the continuity of all our programs and services, Victim Services HPELA must fundraise approximately 40% of our operating budget. Donations go towards our Mobile Tracking System Program, victims' expenses, home security cameras, volunteer expenses/supplies, and after hours staffing.

Emergency & Victim Support
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 immediately.
Victim Services of HPELA is available 24/7 to respond to requests for victim assistance from emergency services, including police, fire, and EMS. Our team provides compassionate crisis support, practical assistance, safety planning, and connections to community resources for individuals affected by crime or sudden tragedy.
For non-emergency support or additional information, you can contact Victim Services directly Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that responses may take up to 72 hours.
