
Who We Are
Victim Services HPELA is a non-profit, charitable organization serving the communities of Hastings, Prince Edward, and Lennox & Addington Counties. Our team provides confidential, one-to-one support to individuals affected by crime and tragic circumstances, helping them navigate difficult moments with compassion, dignity, and practical assistance.
We work closely with police, emergency responders, and community agencies to ensure that those we serve have access to timely, coordinated, and comprehensive support when they need it most.
What We Do
Victim Services HPELA is the only agency in the Quinte Region that provides immediate on-site crisis response, trauma support, safety planning, and practical assistance to victims of crime and sudden tragedy.
Our trained staff and volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to requests from police and emergency services. We provide short-term crisis support, information, referrals, and practical help to individuals and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
